Bacoba (Bacopa Monnieri)
Bacopa Monnieri is a plant used in phytotherapy to stimulate the production of natural supplements. It originally evolved in India where it has always been used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is named after Brahman, which means “pure consciousness”, because of its power to calm the mind and facilitate meditation. Bacopa is used as a brain-stimulating tonic. It is mostly known for its positive effects on cognitive functions: memory, ability to process information, learning, concentration, mental acuity.
